GUIDELINES FOR MANUFACTURERS ON SUBMITTING PRODUCT INFORMATION TO THE NATIONAL POISONS INFORMATION CENTRE

Plant Protection Products

• Manufacturers/Distributors of plant protection products are required to provide the Poisons Information Centre with information on the composition and toxicity of these products (Statutory Instrument 624 of 2001).
• Please download our template form (save to your pc) and email or post it back on a CD to Mr John Herbert, Poisons Information Officer.
• The full composition of the product must be declared.  This information will be treated as confidential and will only be used to provide medical advice on the management of poisoning.
